Patient Tracker & Scheduler
Early and Late indicators now track patient arrival times with duration, and can be viewed on appointment tiles, the Dashboard, and both Expanded and Compressed views of the Patient Tracker.

Clinical
Custom Procedure Codes
Custom procedure codes can be mapped to standard ADA codes (e.g., 012.A → 012) using the “Code in Claims” field, enabling smoother HICAPS claim submissions.
Clinical Summary Improvements
Clinical Summary now displays the last performed date for exams, imaging, and hygiene services, enabling quicker access for front office staff.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics and Google Ads integration is now available for the online appointment portal, providing full visibility into how patients find and book appointments online.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Payment Plans Improvements
Payment Plans now support multiple split payments per instalment, allow linking multiple receipts to a single instalment, and enable paying multiple instalments with a single receipt for greater flexibility.
Provider Tagging in Receipts
Providers can now be tagged to receipts for all payments, ensuring accurate income allocation and enabling collection-based reporting.

Referrals
Internal Referrals
Introducing Internal Referrals to refer a patient to an in-house provider, helping track revenue from the referral with ease.

Reporting & Analytics
Refer Out (Internal Referrals) Report
Internal Referral reports now support Summary and Detail views with filters for provider, location, and date range, along with visibility into patient referrals across Accepted, Proposed, and Presented Production values.
Filters in Reports
Filtering by Appointment Flag is now supported in the Appointments By User and Appointments By Provider Reports, as well as in the Opportunity Miner.
Reporting Improvements
Collection-based reports now include provider tagging to receipts, with added Receipt Provider filters, new Payments and Allocated Payments columns, enhanced drill-down views, and additional payment-level filters.
